I want to thank Kris for being generous and doing this guest post. He joined our little mastermind group in February and is kicking serious butt. @Kris.. I just wrote an article a couple of days ago using the method you explained. I am going to see if my traffic increases as this si suppose to be a pretty good keyword to rank for. Thanks for your help.
I did everything kris mentioned and I think my site was banned by google,,I was getting more traffic daily and all of the sudden GONE,,,I can’t find my blog anywhere

Excellent post bro. I’m doing everything you described and it is already starting to generate results. One question: I’m getting a lot of pingbacks from articles that get submitted to 1waylinks and I usually trash them. I think you recommended getting rid of them, correct? Thanks Kris.
Yup definitely, never accept the pingbacks from the autoblogs

I manually delete them, it only takes a few seconds each day and a large part of them land in the spam folder anyway.
Does 1 way Links still work as good as it used to before the panda update with Google?
I thought I might have read somewhere that using 1 way links isn’t as powerful as it used to be. The person that wrote this could’ve been wrong. I just wanted to verify before I go to use them.
You make it sound so easy. I guess where I fall short is the keywords. I have one article that brings in 250 hits a day. I only need 3 more like that and there is 1K visitors.
I will keep looking for those magic words.
@jasonvs, I am not sure but I do know links play a part in the equation. I would like to know, maybe I can find a better place to spend my $50/month
